In collaboration with the Hong Kong Airport Authority (HKAA) and NEC, MacroKinetic deployed its Intelligent Customer Service Counters (ICSC) at Hong Kong International Airport — 38 units in Terminal 1, with further installations planned for Terminals 2 and 3. The solution offers passengers comprehensive airport and flight information, intuitive wayfinding (on-kiosk and bring-to-mobile), boarding-pass details, live video support from customer-service agents, and an AI LLM chatbot for 24/7 assistance.
